It's less than a week to go. So far all we've been doing is looking out passports, doing last minute shopping and not being able to sleep from excitment.

We are leaving for a month to journey around the world. We (my brother Allan and myself) are looking forward to the first destination- Singapore, where we will stay for six days. The 14 hour flight won't be the most exciting thing in the world, however.

After Singapore we journey to Brisbane, in Australia. We are staying in a place called Kangaroo Point, and after researching the city and things to do, such as abseiling and bushwalking, we are looking forward to 15 days of adventure.

We will then take a break of much needed relaxation in Fiji. We will be hitting the beach, and the water, and living on an island of paradise. I hope to see some cultural Fijian dancing, but also want to explore the nearby islands, and take in the magnificent scenery.

After Fiji, we will cross the international dateline, and travel to LA. This part of the holiday will be about visiting Hollywood and the studios, and maybe even visiting the famous Beverly Hills. I also want to see what the 90210 region has to offer, on a more cultural level.

We are really looking forward to the trip, and will be posting plenty of photos and blogs along the way!
